Return Eligibility
- We offer a 7-day return policy for damaged or incorrect items only. The product must be returned in its original packaging along with the invoice.
- In case of an empty parcel or missing item, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery.
- A 360-degree unpacking video of the parcel is mandatory for us to process your request. Claims without sufficient proof or signs of tampering may not be accepted.
- No return requests will be entertained after 7 days from the date of delivery.
How to Initiate a Return?
Step 1 – Check the Product
Ensure the product is unworn, in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
Step 2 – Contact Us

- Return requests due to damage or incorrect items must be placed within 48 hours of delivery along with a 360-degree unpacking video.
Step 3 – Pack the Product
Place the product along with the original packaging, invoice, and authenticity certificate in a secure box. The return process may take 12-15 business days to complete.
Step 4 – Processing Your Return
- Once we receive the product, it will undergo quality assurance (QA).
- If approved, a credit note of the order amount will be issued, which can be used once on our website within 1 year.
